The Mission Story
The mission of WISE is to help young Vietnamese change their English learning methods through BRAIN THINKING (NLP) and LANGUAGE to conquer this language in the FASTEST and MOST EFFECTIVE way.
Sứ mệnh của WISE là giúp các bạn trẻ Việt Nam thay đổi phương pháp học tiếng Anh theo TƯ DUY NÃO BỘ (NLP) và NGÔN NGỮ để chinh phục ngôn ngữ này một cách NHANH NHẤT và HIỆU QUẢ NHẤT.
WISE’s slogan is “Study Smarter, not Harder”.
So where did WISE come up with such a mission?
General education
– He used to be a student who struggled with English. He didn’t like English at all. He specialized in Physics, excelled in natural sciences, and disliked social sciences and English. He never thought that one day he would go abroad to study.
– Thanks to his excellent graduation results and high university entrance exam scores, he qualified for a full scholarship to study abroad from Da Nang City. The city stated that he must obtain an IELTS score within one month to meet the application deadline.
Journey 01 month conquering IELTS
– 01 month, huh? No way! But he resolutely does not give up. He thinks, “If I continue with the old learning methods, I will never conquer IELTS.”
– He spent many sleepless nights thinking, researching, and exploring new learning methods that are FASTER and MORE EFFECTIVE than the old ways. And he found the answer!
– He realizes that the English learning methods used in schools have been contrary to learning a language naturally, going against the brain’s activities. Understanding the principles of brain function based on NLP, he invented several more effective learning methods, shortening learning time by 80% while still achieving high results.
– Thanks to a complete change in the traditional four-skill learning method, he has obtained IELTS and gone abroad to study…
The journey of studying abroad in the UK
– In the United Kingdom, he realized that his learning methods were effective not only for English but could also be applied in all subjects.
– He applied them to graduate with a First Class degree, while being in the top 0.5% of the entire University of Manchester (which includes over 40,000 students, including local students), and achieved the highest honor in his field of study. He also passed the London School of Economics (LSE) in London to pursue a master’s degree – the top school in the UK for Finance and Economics, which has always been his dream school.
– Thanks to these special learning methods, he has also been a tutor for many students from the UK, the US, and Europe in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics…, including students from Oxford University!
Journey of Construction WISE ENGLISH
Thanks to that mindset and academic results, he was accepted to work at the largest financial and economic corporations in the United Kingdom. However, he still harbors a deep desire to help young Vietnamese change their learning methods to conquer all subjects, including English, in a lighter and wiser way. Witnessing many friends struggling and ‘drowning’ in English, he could not bear it and only wished to help them find the right path, the smartest way to learn as quickly as possible. Just as he had done before.
He is the Founder of WISE English – Luu Minh Hien
WISE was born with the principle of helping young Vietnamese change traditional learning methods to have a new, more effective, and smarter way of studying.
