I. A Chance Encounter with WISE
A Turning Point for Anh Tuan’s Success During his high school years, Anh Tuan began to contemplate his future. His love for Japanese culture and its people helped him find his own dream. Anh Tuan shared: “I started to research and decided to learn IELTS – the certificate that would help me apply for a scholarship to study in Japan. But when I first started, I felt very confused by the endless information from Google. There was a time when I didn’t know what to do, and at that moment, I realized I needed support.
